- ATTACHMENT - FA6675-10-R-0025 ATTACHMENT - FA6675-10-R-0025 ATTACHMENT - FA6675-10-R-0025 APPENDIX - SOW APPENDIX - SOW APPENDIX - SOW SF1442 SOLICITATION DOCUMENT GENERAL. The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-42, Effective 16 Jun 2010 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100623 (Amended) Edition. RESTRICTIONS: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. This acquisition will be made under NAICS code 237310-Highway, Street, and Bridge construction, with a size standard of $33,500,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is funded. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform the following: pouring of asphalt parking lot; asphalt resurfacing of existing parking lot; striping; and installation of security fence. Work shall be performed in accordance with government provided specifications. Attached is SF1442 Solicitation with attachments.. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $100,000 to $250,000 DELIVERY POINT: 301 Fighter Wing, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas 76127-1054 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx 60 days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed, plus any authorized delay days. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: See Section L& M of SF1442 OTHER: Prior to award, registration in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current. A site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED prior to submitting a proposal.
