- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The IL National Guard requests a quote (including shipping) for new copies of the books and DVDs listed in the attached Book_List.pdf. These books and DVDs are required for the IL National Guard Sexual Assault Prevention/Response Program. These books/DVDs will need to be delivered to the following location: 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd. Springfield, IL 62702 I ask that you please send your quote to paul.seivert@ng.army.mil no later than 7:00am CDT September 13, 2010. If you have any questions, please email me or call me at (217) 761-3551. If you are quoting off of a GSA schedule, please include the GSA contract number in your quote. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with a preference for small businesses. Partial quotes will be accepted, and will be considered if no contractors are able to provide all items listed on Book_List.pdf. NOTE: Your company must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in order to receive a contract from the Federal Government. You can register at http://www.ccr.gov. If your company is not registered, and you are interested in this Request for Quote, I strongly suggest you begin the registration process now.
