- USCGC Mohawk HVAC Coils Specification This is a notice of intent for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-44 (July 2010) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333415 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS SEPTEMBER 7, 2010 at 2:00pm Eastern Time. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this notice. It is the Government's belief that only: Peter Gerald Associates and/or their authorized distributors can obtain the required technical and engineering data, and genuine OEM parts, required to successfully provide these items. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within three (3) calendar days from the day this notice is posted. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply only genuine OEM parts. The items required are as follows: 1. HVAC COIL 02-52-2/Marlo Coil Model No.6W18-47-5608F-8.9-1.OS (EACH 1), 2. HVAC COIL R1-208-2/Marlo Coil Model No. 6W14-46-5610F-6.8-1.OS (EACH 1) 3.HVAC COIL R1-121-1/Marlo Coil Model No. 6W12-40-5610.5F-5.1-1.OS (EACH 1). Delivery is to be on or before November 1, 2010. The item(s) are required for USCGC Mohawk (WMEC-270B). Items will be inspected upon delivery. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCGC Mohawk USCG Sector Key West, 1 Trumbo Point Annex, Key West, Florida 33040. NOTE: SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AS A SEPARATE ATTACHMENT TO THIS NOTICE. Substitute parts are not acceptable.
