Manufacture IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613, Dwg 7-311112015 Rev "M" dtd 21feb99 & AMCOM, CAGE 81996 procurement package 7-311112015 Rev "M" dtd 03apr03, SS7-311112015 Rev "D" dtd 03apr03, P/N 7-311112015-17. Approved sources are Pilkington Aerospace, CAGE 86175, Sierracin/Sylmar Corp, CAGE 12035, and PPG Aerospace-Transparencies, CAGE 53117, P/N NP155602-2. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a quantity of 138 each. 120 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article Contractor testing required. Government Fit Verification testing required. Export Control Certification required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. MYLAR is required. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan may be required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
