- Solicitation Map of different sampling sites Hazardous Waste Sampling Analysis The work covered by the provisions of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to provide laboratory analysis of 14 influent grab samples taken from Oil Water Separators throughout Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. Purpose of this sampling is to ensure base meets environmental compliance requirements with hazardous waste regulations, used oil regulations, and meets sanitary sewer discharge limits required by the City of Goldsboro NC Sanitary Sewer Use Ordinance - Title V, Chapter 51.010 "Prohibited Discharges". Grab samples will be analyzed by a NC certified lab for TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure) metals, ignitability, TCLP VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), TCLP Extraction, PCB (Polychlorinated biphenyls), and total residual petroleum hydrocarbons (TRPH).
