- Description
- This solicitation is for the installation of a concrete slab in an existing barn at the James E. 'Bud' Smith Plant Materials Center (PMC) near Knox City, Texas. Bids will be submitted with a base price for installing the concrete slab in an existing 41' ft x 45' barn with a 4'x45 ft graded approach. Concrete will be poured around an existing seed dryer inside the building that is approximately 4' X 27'. All bid proposals will include additive pricing for a concrete slab in an additional existing barn and side walk. Additive A bids will be for an existing barn that is 20'x24'. A 12' x 14' existing non reinforced slab will be removed from the existing building by the contractor. Additive B will be to construct walk way slabs of 6'x 11', 5'x8' and 6'x24'.
