- SENIOR LEADER CONFERENCE This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The Contracting Office, Fort Richardson, Alaska, has issued a firm fixed price follow on sole source award to CIRI Alaska Tourism Corp, 2525 C Street Ste 405, Anchorage,, AK 99503-2633 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 13.5, for Hotel rooms, conference rooms, meals and snacks. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CIRI Alaska Tourism operating Windsong Resort at Seward Alaska is the only known source that offers accomodations that meet the needs of this requirementt. The Government acquired the commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12.
