- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Construction of a New Pre Fabricated Building for the Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Fort Allen Training Activity, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico 00795. This work, as per FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of Construction Project, the estimated magnitude of this project range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Drawings and Specifications will be available by 27 August 2010 on electronic format at the Puerto Rico National Guard, Directorate of Engineer, Attn: WO1 Federico Nieves, #100 General Esteves Street, Stop 3 Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00902. Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Visit Conference will be on the 1-September-2010 at 1300 at Leaders Club, Camp Santiago Training Center. All information will be discussed on the Pre-Bid Meeting. Due dates for all questions will be 15-Sep-2010 at 2:00 PM and Government will send all answers by 17-Sep-2010 at 4:00 PM. The government has determined that pre-bid conference and site visit is mandatory no exemption will be made. Offer due date will be 27-Sep-2010 at 1400 at the USPFO for Puerto Rico, Building 540 Borinqueneer Road, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, 00934. Visitor pass is required to enter on all Military Installations.
