- AMENDMENT FIVE (5) This amendment provides the initial meeting location for the Site Vist scheduled for August 03, 2010 at 10:00AM. All interested parties will meet at the Forest Service office in Walden, Colorado prior to visiting the construction site. The address for the Forest Service office is 100 Main Street, Waldon, Colorado. AMENDMENT SIX (6) The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a new Section B Price Schedule, clarify solicitation drawings, specifications, proposal response date, publish the attendees list for the site-visit, answer questions received after the pre-proposal site visit and incorporate the Geotechnical Soils Report. The new Section B Price Scheduled shall be inserted in place of the existing Schedule B. The Proposal Submission Data remains on August 30, 2010 @ 2:30pm. The location for receipt of proposals is unchanged and remains at: Dept of AG - Forest Service Acquisition Management 2150 Centre Ave, Building E Fort Collins, CO 80526 New revised drawings, 061753-Fabricated Wood Trusses and 081416-Flush Wood Doors replace previous versions. The Geotechnical Soils Report, dated September 08, 2009, is incorporated into and made a part of this solicitation package. All other solicitation previous and clauses remain unchanged. AMENDMENT SEVEN (7) The purpose of this amendment is to post additional questions and answers received after the posting of amendment six (0006). See attached sheets. AMENDMENT SEVEN (7)
