- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina awarded a contract to Fort Bragg Airborne Inn located on Fort Bragg, for Temporary Lodging for Administrative Hold-Over soldiers at Fort Bragg, NC. on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, This requirement will have a one (1) base period with a two (2) option periods. The contract allows for temporary on-post lodging for Administrative Hold-Over soldiers assigned or attached on valid orders to the Mobilization and Deployment Brigade (MDB) at Fort Bragg, NC.
