- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for on-site Advancing Productivity, Innovation, and Competitive Success (APICS) certified modular training curriculum course titled, "Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). The FAA has awarded a contract to the Oklahoma City Chapter of American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Norman, OK. This Indefinite-Delivery/Requirements type contract was competitively awarded on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis. Three timely proposals were received. The contract was awarded for a one-year base period with the option to renew for four additional 1-year periods.
