- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR 6.302-1 to Breeze-Eastern Corporation (cage 08484) for Hook, body swivels, (20) each, part number: AC62243, H53 helicopter cargo sling application, no available national stock number; This material is part of a next higher assembly (NHA), AC6000500, Sling assembly, cargo, nsn: 1670-00-494-7187. The original OEM of the Hook, body swivel was Aeroquip Corporation per drawing. The OEM of the Sling, assembly, cargo was Eaton Corporation. The current OEM and owner of the drawing rights for the Hook, body swivel is Breeze-Eastern Corporation (cage: 08484). The drawing and technical specifications are not available for dissemination due to the proprietary nature of this material. The delivery location is DLA/NI/FRCSW, San Diego, CA 92135. Required delivery date is 60 days after receipt of an awarded order. The applicable NAICS is 336413, business size is 1000 employees. This synopsis is issued effective August 26, 2010 and will close on August 31, 2010.
