- RFP One clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 BBLS (about 30, 000 LT) for at least two clean petroleum products (intentions JP8), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CARGO PREFERENCE ACT OF 1904, PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO U.S. FLAG VESSELS.
