- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Torroidal Mass Spectrometer W911S6-10-T-0026 -0001 Qty = Guardion - 7 Upgrade. This requirement is for a Non-Personnal Service Contract to upgrade previously purchased Torion Guardion-7 gas chromatograph/toroidal mass spectrometers (GC/TMS)(G7). See Scope of Work (SOW) included in full text in the solicitation document attached to the FEDBIZOPS ADVERTISEMENT. This solicitation is issued with the intent to sole source to Torion Technologies, Inc. PLEASE BID HERE $____________________. (INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING/MATERIAL HANDLING CHARGES FOB DESTINATION FAR 52.247-34). -0002 Informational CLIN : Personnel Reporting System. Gov. search under W911S6-10-T-0036. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis Torion Technologies, 796 East Utah Valley Drive, Suite 200, American Fork, Utah 84003. This is for one (1) Guradion System Upgrade. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
