- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MESSAGE!!!!!! To all interested bidders, thank you for your interest in this Project. Unfortunately, the Procurement Instrument Number (PIN) for this Solicitation, as provided herein this Notice, wasn't established correctly; thus, it must be corrected for compliance reasons so that this District can move forward with the acquisition process. In order to do so, this Agency must issue a new Notice. Therefore, this particular Notice shall be DISREGARDED FOR THE PURPOSES OF OBTAINING FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS PROCUREMENT. Effective this date, Bidders will need to access the Pre-solicitation Notice and Bid Set for this project via the New FBO Notice, which was published to this Website (Federal Business Opportunities) on 26 August 2010. Bidders are hereby advised to search for Solicitation Number W912P6-10-B-0016 to obtain said materials. This advertisement, although published under an incorrect PIN, has satisfied the waiting period for issuing the Bid Set, per Subpart 5 of the FAR. Again, interested bidders shall locate the specifics of this acquisition (project) and its associated Bid Set under the newly published Notice, which incorporates Solicitation Number " W912P6-10-B-0016."
