- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration Eastern Region Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order for MIROS Range Finder for the NOS Engineering Dividion, Chesapeake, VA in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13. The RFQ will be issued on or about August 26, 2010 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFQ number will be EA133C-10-RQ-1390; hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The proposed contract is full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 6680 and the NAICS Code is 334515. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS.
