- ******Solicitation End time is 1200 Japanese Standard Time (JST)********* The contractor shall remove all required materials associated with the unsafe play surfaces. The contractor shall dispose of all required equipment and materials associated with the unsafe play surfaces. The contractor shall replace the surface of Play Area #1 with poured rubber sheet surfacing; construct mound for Play Area #2; and ensure Play Area#3 is a level surface even with existing border filled with sand. All tasks listed in this PWS shall be performed at the following facilities: Bldg 4081, Kadena AB. All surfaces must installed in accordance with Handbook for Public Playground Safety, publication #325.
