Purchase Program 3.22 for Customer Organized Group 2 (COG 2), which are installations located in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT. The Ordering Period of: 1 April 2011 through 31 March 2014 with delivery period until 30 April 2014.
