- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - PM PLANTS BUILDING. 42 SERVICES The W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC has a requirement for preventive maintenance of the plants in the atrium of Building 42 on the grounds of the VAMC Salisbury, NC. The contract period is for Base and Four Option Years. The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $7 million average annual receipts for the previous (3) years to be considered. The VA is soliciting unrestricted procurement and all documents will be available on or about September 2, 2010.
