- General Services Administration seeks to lease space in Houma, Louisiana based on the following specifications: Total Square Feet (approx.): 6,500 usf (office) & 1,000 usf (special) Type of Space: Office, storage, and special type space along with 30 outside parking spaces Summary Requirements: The space will be used to house the Houma Air and Marine Unit. Requirement: General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 6,500 usf of office space, and a 1,000 usf boat house, along with 30 outside secured parking spaces to be used for Government vehicles, boat trailers, equipment storage and a fueling station. Unique Requirement: Water access and a 1,000 sf Boat House Location/Delineated Area: The office and special space must have water access and shall be located within the City limits of Houma, LA Lease Term: The Government desires a 10 year lease term with a 5 year firm lease term. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required to be on or before 10/01/2012. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror's name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space.
