- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911W4-10-T-0248 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is 100% set-a-side for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $7,000,000. The contract line item number is: CLIN 0001, Chaplains Marriage Retreat, 1 Lot, Firm-Fixed Price. Extended description is: Accommodation support for marriage retreat consisting of hotel rooms, meals, automation support, childcare, etc, in accordance with Statement of Work dated 25/08/2010. ** See attached document for Statement of Work ** Period of Performance is 24 September 2010 to 27 September 2010. FOB destination. The following provisions and clauses (original, alternate or deviation) pertain to this requirement: FAR 52.202-1, 52.203-5, 52.203-6, 52.203-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3 alt. 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.233-4, 52.252-1, 52.252-2, DFARS 252.212-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010, INSCOM H-27, H-29. Proposals must provide DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN, in addition to solicitation number, company, point of contact, and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis/solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-2. Hotel brochures are acceptable with the proposal addressing the hotels capability to meet the Governments requirements. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website for updates on this synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are due 5 September 2010, 10:00 A.M., EST.
