- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama intends to award a sole source contract to the Montgomery Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board at 22 Bibb Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36102-1631 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The requirement is for Water and Sewer services for the Maxwell Air Force Base, the Gunter Annex and other Maxwell Air Force Base outlying areas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation available for this requirement.
