- THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded a contract to Aqua Chem, Inc., 3001 E. John Sevier Highway, Knoxville, TN 37914 for the H2O Purification Initiative on August 25, 2010. The purpose of this award is for the complete supply chain management water purification parts for various water purification units for the Department of Defense.
