- This procurement is for two types of case file folders used by the U. S. Tax Court for filing case materials. Please make special note that these specifications must be followed exactly for uniformity with existing stock. Item #1 - Case File, 14pt., Goldenrod color folder, full cut side tab with 2" fastener in position 5. Size: 8.5" x 11", letter. Folders to be sequentially numbered (00101 through 35101) with 5 color bars and an "11" year label. (see color specifications for color bar and year label below) Quantity: 35,000 each. Item #2 - Case File 11 pt., manila file pocket, full cut side tab, angle cut front, reinforced tabs, Size: 8.5" x 11" Letter. folders. Folders to be sequentially numbered (00101 through 35101) with 5 color bars and a "11" year label. (see color specifications for color bar and year label below) Quantity: 35,000 each. Color specifications for color bar and year "11" label: 0 = pink 1 = red 2 = goldenrod 3 = orange 4 = light green 5 = dark green 6 = light blue 7 = Dark Blue 8 = lavendar 9 = brown year label 11 = Red NOTE; It is recommended that Interested Vendors request color samples of 5 Bar coloring system and year label color. It is required that Vendors submit with their proposal samples of available shades of goldenrod color. Packaging and Labeling: All Folders and Pockets will be packed in boxes of 100 and marked with the contents (i.e. 00101 to 00200) Boxes to be packed five to a case. Cases to be marked with the contents (i.e. 00101 to 00600) and the number within the total lot (i.e. Case #1 of 70). Inside delivery is required to hallway on ground floor. Loading dock limit is 11'6" Tractor trailers can not access loading dock. If delivery is by Tractor trailer, trailer must have a lift-gate for driveway unloading. Driver must see Security at ground floor entrance for admittance to loading dock. Delivery: It is required that 20,000 of each folder be delivered to address above NLT December 15, 2010 and that remaining 15,000 of each folder be warehoused until April 30, 2011. If there is a cost involved for this service please show it as a seperate line item. SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS IN FY-11.
