- Please note the following clarifications to questions asked by vendors. 1. The description states "Subscription that allows the government to chose approximately 1,450 book titles per year, per account of credit". Could you please clarify the account of credit? Is this a Fedlink or LEOS account? We are looking for a Library book subscription that allows the library/government to choose titles per year, per account of credit for Book Subscription Plan, depending on price of book and discount, per publisher list price. Basically, the money is put into Ingram account and we are allowed to spend the money throughout the year on titles we need. No this is not a Fedlink or Leos account. 2. The description states "1,450 book titles per year". Is there a list of books we should provide pricing for? If not, Could you clarify what types of books are required,( ie: Trade Publications, Reference books, etc.)? No we do not need a list of books for purchase. Books purchased are Nonfiction or Reference books (reference books are Nonfiction) to update the collection when books are deselected and replaced in areas such as Psychology, Political Science, Religion, History, Language, Mathematics, Literature. 3. What is the duration of the contract? Is it for one year only or are there option renewal years? If it is for multiple years, will there be an economic adjustment clause? Money in our account remains in the account until it is all spent even if we don't spend all of the money within a year. 4. Can you tell me if AUDIOBOOKS are included in the RFP/RFI? Yes, audiobooks are included.
