- The applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination specifies the minimum wages and benefits for employees working in the designated position, in accordance with the Service Contract Act. The Performance Work Statement outlines the services required so that interested parties may determine if they are able to fully meet the needs of this solicitation. Companies interested in providing a solicitation must complete the attached Request for Quote and return it to the Contract Specialist by the date specified in order to be considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1H3HP0085A901 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 561110 for Other Administrative Services. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7 Million annual revenue. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Management of Airman & Family Readiness Center's Discovery Resource Center (DRC Manager); 1 Oct 2010 to 30 Sept 2011; Qty: 1920 hours; work in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 1001 - Option Year 1 for DRC Manager; 1 Oct 2011 to 30 Sept 2012; Qty: 1920 hours. 2001 - Option Year 2 for DRC Manager; 1 Oct 2012 to 30 Sept 2013; Qty: 1920 hours. Services to be performed at BEALE AFB, CA 95903. Position duties are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
