- Questions and Answers: The following questions were received: 1. I have a sub crew in the area that does roll up doors, and I was wondering if I the (prime) would have to be in attendance at any time? Answer: The government will need a point of contact for the project that will be able to interact with the government point of contact. 2. Does a licensed Electrician have to be there fi the wiring is only from the disconnect (which states in notice detailes)? Answer: The company that is awarded the contract will be responsible for the proper installation of the doors and the function of any electrical portion that is associated with this project.
