- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0691 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, Defense Circular Number 20100820, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being set a side for Total Small Business under NAICS code 326199 with a size standard of 500. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001 - Part#: M110 OR EQUAL. (Qty 3 ea) Description: Hurdles (set of three) are 48" wide and 36" tall with three fixed horizontal slats and three slats which are removable. This allows for the hurdle to be adjusted to heights of 18", 24", 30", and 36" for the ultimate in versatility. CLIN 0002 - Part #: M200 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: A-frame is constructed of non-slip materials at each point where the canine will walk or climb. Cleats are included for traction and safety. CLIN 0003 - Part #: M250 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: Dog Walk device requires the dog to negotiate a narrow incline, a 12' narrow, level walk, and narrow decline ramp. CLIN 0004 - Part #: M300 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: Double Stairway is the largest piece of equipment in the MWD/K-9 Set, measuring approximately 8' in height and 24' in length. CLIN 0005 - Part #: M350 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: Like the hurdles, the bottom portion of the Window Obstacle has removable slats, which allow for the hurdle (bottom portion) of the obstacle to be set at 18", 24", 30", or 36". CLIN 0006 - Part #: M400 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: Tunnel Crawl The tunnel is 18" in diameter and 8' in length, corrugated to provide strength and traction. CLIN 0007 - Part #: M410 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: 24" x 35" barrel CLIN 0008 - Part #: M420 OR EQUAL. (Qty 1 ea) Description: 24" x 70" Barrel CLIN 0009 - Part #: M430 OR EQUAL.
