- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0705 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, Defense Circular Number 20100820, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 316991. Purchase the following: 0001-98 (each) The North Face Rolling Thunder - Medium's Features: Large main compartment with internal compression straps and top zip mesh pocket. Ambidextrous retractable handle. Durable custom wheels and wheel housing. Protective skid rails. Easy-access zip top pocket for on-the-go items. Bottom, top and side-carry handles. Business card window. Specifications: Avg Weight 10 lbs 9 oz (4790 g). Volume 4455 in3 (73 liters). Dimension 27 in x 16 in x 11 in (68 cm x 41 cm x 28 cm). Fabric phthalate-free TPE fabric laminate, 840D nylon or equal. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PTR4 - 306 RQS DMAFB Tucson, AZ.The proposed delivery date will be 30 days ARO.
