- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Eco & Associates, Inc., W912PL-09-D-0078 Task Order 0015 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. Provide one Quality Assurance Representative to support the management of the construction contracts No.W912PL-10-C-0019 & W912PL-10-C-0002. The assistance shall include such tasks as attending weekly Quality Assurance/Quality Control coordination and progress meetings; log in, review and distribute submittals from the Construction Contractor and follow-up on submittals in review by COE technical representatives; provide support for preparing monthly reports and status briefing materials; provide Quality Assurance surveillance of the construction; prepare Quality Assurance Daily Reports for each day on site, and attend various other meetings and updates as required throughout the project. No overtime will only be allowed in this contract.
