- See attached RFQ for requirement details DESCRIPTION: This posting is for Negative Cast Custom Orthoses to meet the Orthopedic/Podiatry Clinic's annual requirement. Location: Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00183-10-T-0488. Please see the attached RFQ to review the incorporated FAR Clauses, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Clause, local clauses, and description of supplies/services. Period of performance is 12 months. Delivery is FOB Destination. Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 339113 Size Standard: 500 employees The Government reserves the right to make an all or nothing award or partial award.
