- This opportunity is available only to Hammer LGC, Inc., an 8(a) business certified by the Small Business Administration. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Replacing Air Handling Unit AC 35 and Making Improvements on AC 36 as required by drawings and specifications. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 27, 2010. The estimated magnitude of this construction requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
