- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is Q6710100017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 336212; the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. REQUIREMENTS:Recycle Trailer, Pro-tainer Model PRH-20 or equivalent, compartment-4 bins, unload-hydraulic (side dump only) hydraulic controls must be on drop pendant (corded) or located on panel at front or rear of trailer clearly and safely away from operating parts, individually controlled hoppers, tandem axles 7,000 lbs, 2-5/16" ball, no gooseneck, electric brakes with breakaway kits, hydraulics: electric over hydraulic with 4-way value, capacity: tare weight 6650 lbs, box capacity-20 cu yards, safety chains, 5,000 lbs tongue jack, back-up alarm, spare tire, rear strobe light, sandblasted finish with 1 coat epoxy primer and 2 coats industrial grade enamel.
