- This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and NAVSUPP 4200.85D. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial services and supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026310T0058 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and DFARS Publication 20100820. This solicitation is issued for 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812930. This acquisition is for the procurement (6) parking spaces for a base period of 12 months with (2) one year option periods. The parking facility shall meet the following requirements: (1) Indoor, Lighted facility, (2) 24 Hour Access, (3) located within no more than a two to three block radius of RSS Manhattan located at 165 Chambers St, New York, NY 10013 All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions, clauses and additional information are contained in Solicitation M0026310T0053 attached. Quoters responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Sub part 13.5. Submission of quotes shall include the following: 1)Location of Garage and its proximity to the RSS 2)Parking Amenities(e.g. security) 3)Prices The basis for award is Best Value. The criteria for evaluation, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 are: 1) Location, 2) Amenities and 2) Price. Additionally, successful awardees shall have satisfactory past performance. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the Government. It is the intent of the Government to issue one Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office by 27 August 2010 at 1630 PM EST. The closing date and time for this solicitation is 30 August 2010 at 16:30 PM (EST). Quoter is responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and is legible. Submit quote to andrea.m.santiago@usmc.mil or fax to (843) 228-4344 or (843) 228-2856. Only electronic quotes in email or facsimile format will be accepted. Failure to ensure that your quote has been received by the Government will not be reason to accept a late quote.
