- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to solicit and award a sole-source purchase order to Thermal Wave Imaging, Inc (CAGE: 01SM0) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Part 12 in support of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTWEST (FRC-SW), NORTH ISLAND, SAN DIEGO, CA 92135-7058, for the following: The requirement is for a Thermal Imaging Flaw System, Thermal wave imaging model (Voyager IR.) with a 25mm Lens for miniature long-wave uncooled microbolometer IR camera. Sole Source Justification attached. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at destination. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract. NAICS: 334519. The formal RFQ will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil. The solicitation period will close on 1600 PM, PST, September 6, 2010.
