- Amendment 0001 for HSFEHQ-10-Q-0127 This solicitation has been amended to change the Period of Performance and to attach a copy of the attendance list from the site visit held on 8/24/10. The Period of Performance shall now be from 9/13/10 until 10/12/10. Please find a copy of the SF-30 attached. All Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 when submitting quotes. A quote wihout such acknowledgement shall be considered non-responsive. The Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) hereby issues solicitation HSFEHQ-10-Q-0127 to support the re-warehousing of the Fort Worth Distribution Center. A site visit will be held for all interested vendors at 2 pm local time on August 24, 2010. All vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. The site visit should last no more than one hour. Vendors planning to attend must RSVP via email to the Contract Specialist with the names of those individuals attending by 11 am ET on August 23, 2010. RSVPs will be acknowleged by 1 pm ET on August 23, 2010. Government issued photo identification will be required to enter the area. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code will be 423830 with a small business size standard of 100 employees.
