- We are not requesting quotes on this item, at this time. The product wanted is an Ultra-High Pressure Waterjet System. It is designed to remove coatings from aircraft engine components both large and small. It should offer 6-axis of CNC controlled coordinated motion, in which water nozzle motions are achieved using a Fanuc 710i articulated arm robot. The machine is supplied with a water intensifier pump which will supply 55,000psi of water pressure. Procurement will include purchase of the waterjet and accessory equipment, installation of waterjet and accessory equipment, and professional training on equipment operation, maintenance, and programming. Again, this is a Sources Sought inquiry. We will not accept quotes at this time.
