- Base Access Form (Attach 04) EPIC Form (Attach 03) Work Item Pricing Data Sheet (Attach 02) Work Item Description (Attach 01) Solicitation The Military Sealift Fleet Support Command Ship Support Unit San Diego has a requirement for boiler repair work onboard the USNS SHASTA. Services will be performed while at Everett Naval Station, Everett, Washington. The performance period is anticipated to be during the vessel's Voyage Repair period of 13 through 30 September 2010. Ship check is not available. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is 25 August 2010. The closing date and time for the solicitation is 01 September 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time unless otherwise specified in the solicitation.
