- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30411 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam, has a requirement for a reoccurring unscheduled need for the supply and delivery Bulk Co2. Delivery location is Hoover Dam, S. Highway 93, AZ-NV. It is anticipated that two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded based on the lowest price responsive quote from a responsible quoter. Quotes will be evaluated based on price per gallon. Estimated order quantity 5000 lbs. per delivery. It is estimated that up to ten (10) deliveries may be needed per year. This requirement is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS code 325120 is 1000 employees. The RFQ contains a description, with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Responsible Quoters are requested to submit a quote for this requirement. Quotes may be submitted electronically through FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov), via email to mforbes@usbr.gov Attn: Ms. Cris Forbes. Quotes are due August 27, 2010, by 4:00 pm local time. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov.
