- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement to construct an Arms Vault in Encino, CA at the Encino U.S. Army Reserve Center. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0112 will be available on or about 30 Aug 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 9 September 2010 at 10:00 AM (PACIFIC TIME). Site Visit Location is: Encino USAR Center, 6337 Balboa Blvd, Encino Ca 91436-1501. The primary Site Visit POC is Mr. Cliff Canty, (805) 302-1186. Alternate Site Visit POC: Wayne Alves, (562) 795-1444. Proposals are due 16 September 2010 at 2:30 pm (PACIFIC TIME). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project and must be submitted within fifteen days after contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0112 will be available on or about 30 Aug 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
