- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm, fixed price services type contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation, Mentor, OH 44060 per FAR 6.302. The follow-on contract is for On-Call Preventative Maintenance services for sterilization equipment in support of United States Navy Hospital, Okinawa Japan. The preventative maintenance contract will include 2 one year option CLINs. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Period of performance will be for one year from date of award. This solicitation N00406-10-T-2249 and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes via NECO is not available at this time.
