- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Fac 2005-43, Effective 2 Aug 2010 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DCN 20100820. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 212321 with a size standard of 500 Employees. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. All prospective bidders must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. The award will be made to the low priced, technically acceptable offeror. The quotation shall consist of the following; DESCRIPTION: Aggregate Base Course (ABC) minus, ground surface material. SPECIFICATIONS: The proposal shall consist of the following Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001: 2,500 tons of Aggregate Base Course (ABC) minus, ground surface material, shipped to Castle Dome Annex,.25 miles west of mile marker 59.4, US Highway 95. CLIN 0002: 2,000 tons of Aggregate Base Course (ABC) minus, ground surface material, shipped to K-9 Village at Martinez Lake Road, 4.5 miles west of mile marker 46, US Highway 95. CLIN 0003: 2,000 tons of Aggregate Base Course (ABC) minus, ground surface material, shipped to Graze Range at Castle Dome Annex, 1.5 miles west of mile marker 59.4, US Highway 95. Delivery will be required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Arizona vendors are to include the Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax. All offers shall include any applicable freight charges. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124R10T1070 and emailed to the Point of Contact Listed below or sent by facsimile to 928-328-6849 no later than 31 August 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). In addition, all technical questions concerning this requirement must be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below no later than 26 August 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration. If you are registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov/ and have the information posted you are only required to submit a signed copy of section (k) of FAR Clause 52.212-3 in place of 52.212-3.
