- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Each TMMS Medium shelter must include a trailer with a 16-gallon fuel tank, be sling load capable, and be equipped with HMMWV run flat tires. Each TMSS medium shelter must also come with an Environmental Control Unit capable of 60,000 BTU/hr (cool), 50,000 BTU/hr (heat), and 17,000 BTU/hr (pre heater). Each TMSS medium shelter must also come with an 18kW generator, and EMI shield. Each shelter system must be HMMWV towable.
