- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center (ECC-E), Unit 23152, APO AE 09227-3142, intends to procure HAZMAT equipment and supplies. This synopsis/solicitation is issued under full and open competition as a Firm Fixed Price contract. It is a Request for Quote and the number assigned is W912CM-10-T-0326. The description of the equipment/supplies can be found as an attachment to this solicitation. All interested parties shall provide the U.S. Government with a price quote not later than 3 September 2010 at the close of business. All price quotes shall be emailed to Karin Price at email: karin.price1@eur.army.mil. All prospective contractors shall also fill in FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items.
