- This is a draft listing of the requirements for the business plan that must accompany each offer This is a draft version of the Performance Work Statement that the contractor must comply with This is a draft version of the Quality Assurance Plan used by the Government to assess the Contractor This is a formal Synopsis for the following requirement: Concessionaire Service for Route 16, a Government-owned restaurant on Yokota Air Base. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions and trade practices.
