- RECOVERY- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L 111-5 and Federal Acquisition Regulation, Subpart 5.704. The Government posts this notice of intent to modify task order HHSH25034136T under IDIQ Contract with Humanitas, Inc., 1100 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910." THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Task Order Number HHSH25034136T entitled "RECOVERY EETHP ARRA training in Primary Medicine and Dentistry Physician Assistant Training" for field reader review is modified to add additional funds in the amount of $9,644.95 due to an increase in the number of applications from 22 to 42 and an increase in the number of reviewers from 7 to 13. The total funds under this task order number HHSH25034136T are hereby changed from $10,722.04 to $20,366.99 for a total increase of $9,644.95.
