- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-10-Q-QT95 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430. The government intends to award a competitive contract for Ericsson Hardware and Software Maintenance Support. Please see attachment for a detailed description of the requirement. See attached Brand Name Justification (J&A). Numbered Note 22 applies. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be considered. Only brand name Ericsson resellers who submit offers will be considered. The following provisions/clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Alternate I (Offerors must submit a completed copy of the Representations and Certifications with their offer); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation); FAR 52.222-3, Convict Labor; FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award; DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Full text of these provisions and clauses may be obtained from the following internet websites: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ and http://farsite.hill.af.mil/VFDFARA.HTM. Specific agency shipping requirements will be included at award and are available from the contract specialist upon request. Delivery shall occur within thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO). Responses shall be submitted electronically to Jennifer.N.Jones@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. Please note the following items must be included with the quote: Company ™s Dun and Bradstreet (DUNs) number, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number, and Business Size.
