- Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to NEK Advanced Securities Group, Inc., 2028 Aerotech Drive Colorado Springs, CO under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for Combat Life Saving (CLS), Military Working Dog (MWD)/Homemade Explosive (HME) Training. These are multiple day courses designed to enhance knowledge, skills, and survivability. The current course content and instructional methods are the intellectual property of the contractor. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
