- Solicitation Amendment 0002 Solicitation Amendment 0001 Potential offeror questioned minimum orders on CLINs 1001, 2001, and 3001. There are no minimum orders on the option years. There was also a question regarding the minimum order quantity under CLIN 0006. The insurance buy on CLIN 0006 has a mission essential quantity of 40. This is the award quantity if the insurance policy is awarded to the proven source. If the insurance policy buy is awarded to an unproven source the minimum order quantity is the 2 first articles. The solicitation has been amended to note no minimum on option CLINs 1001, 2001, and 3001. Please see amendments 0001 and 0002 to solicitation. The response date has been extended to 7 Sept 2010.
