- AMENDMENT 0003 IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contract, will require the Contractor to develop a systematic, comprehensive training program for US Army Housing in CONUS and OCONUS locations. US Army Housing provides property management and related services for Soldiers residing in Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and for Soldiers and Families residing in Army Family Housing (AFH) and off-post quarters. This also includes transient training barracks, leased housing, privatized housing, and general and flag officer quarters/executive homes in the 50 United States and overseas. The Army Housing training program will consist of course development, course revision, course presentation, and meeting, workshop, and conference planning for Army housing personnel, local/foreign nationals working for Army Housing, and Active Duty personnel. The work will be performed at both Army approved gove rnment and contractor sites. The intent of this solicitation is to award up to one (1) IDIQ contract. Projects will be awarded by individual task orders. The maximum cumulative contract value for each year is $1.2M with a total of $6M for the base and options. The contract period is a 3 year base and 2 year option period. The minimum guarantee for the base year is $10,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS code is 611430. Size standard is $7M. The proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Source Selection Process. The selection process will evaluate such factors as, but not limited to, Experience, Past Performance, Management, and Price and Pro Forma Requirements. The technical information contained in the proposal will be reviewed, evaluated, and rated by the Government. The Solicitation Package will provide a complete Statement of Work. The due date for proposals is 03 September 2010. The solicitation will be available for download from the Internet only.
